I don't understand someone that wouldn't want every assurance available to them, especially if there seems to be some problem in conception. Are these women considering diseases such as AIDS? I understand the desperation someone can feel when they cannot conceive but do they even care if he is carrying a genetic disorder that they may be carrying as well? Also who is guaranteeing the sterility of the vessel for the sperm? Craigslist? There is a reason that donors are put through rigorous tests. A guy gives fresh sperm for free to people having trouble TTC .
