My good friend has jogged with her City Mini and it is tough. We once switched in the middle of a run, she took my BOB and I took her City Mini, and it sucked. She could do it, but it was very hard. Our living situation is likely changing once LO is big enough for a stroller w/out the car seat adapter. We initially got the mini over the BOB because we currently live in an upstairs unit without a garage, and I'm a midget. You could probably jog with it but the wheels will be pretty much ground down a little faster.
