I agree you have to know which store they came from, but I had zero issues. They keep track of the number of returns you make without receipt and limit it to x number of returns in a year. For example, WalMart carries the Huggies Little Snugglers diapers in Size 2 - 140 count boxes where BabysRus carries the same Huggies Little Snugglers size 2 in 184 count boxes. I want to take the unopened boxes to walmart and exchange them for pampers swaddlers. Will they let me do this? How about babies r us? </p>
