Your HR person is probably the best person to answer though.</p> <p>I was induced at 40+6 so you may want to think about your planfor if lo is late. I took 8 weeks maternity leave which was covered under FMLA. I'm thinking something along the lines of leaving maybe one week before my due date. </p>
