My youngest (8 months) has decided she is too busy for rocking and doesn't sit still anymore. DS is 2 and is a total cuddle bug. He'll come up to me cuddle or just wants to be near me. He's only 2.5, but I think he really likes it. Sometimes if he's upset it's one of the quick tricks I do to calm him down. He's 3.5 and still loves being rocked. If he wakes up in the middle of the night, he still asks to be rocked. It's really sweet. He still asks for songs too, but he makes them silly by singing in weird (aka annoying) voices, making up words and gibberish. lol. He gets a kick out of it. She allowed me to sing to her while she sat on my lap and read a book. Then she told me she was done with that and we should go to her bed. :/ She's 3.5 so I get it but still. I miss rocking my baby sometimes. </p>
