Try to recreate the environment you'll have at home, using the same things you'll use at home. I wish I would have brought it with me to the hospital. Yes, it's one more thing to carry and keep track of, but LO and I had a hard time breastfeeding at first, and trying to use regular hospital pillows for support definitely didn't make things any easier. When I Had my twins they just worked with me with one baby at a time and used hospital pillows. Your incision should be right about your pubic hair line while the my brest friend rests near your stomach.
