I never had an issue. The only ones that give me enough support are nursing sport bras. Luckily Motherhood has ones with thin straps. They are racerback though, so I can't wear most necklines. Each time was only for a couple of hours max and I could feel my ducts clogging. I was in PAIN once they came off. I'd like to wear nice bras and make the girls look good, especially since LO isn't nursing constantly now, but the pain isn't worth it anymore. </p>
