We're gradually introducing the same concept with a pull out in our pantry with only her snacks. She can currently grab them but needs help opening - I plan to transition to snacks she can open her self in another few months. We are updating our kitchen, though and we are getting drawers where bottom cabinets used to be. One of the drawers is going to be for her cups/plates/bowls.
