Mine had a good appetite for solids so she usually made up for it that way. I try to give her a good amount of yogurt and cheese to make up for it as well. My supply for nursing a couple times per day is totally fine. I didn't bother pumping because i wasn't producing that much milk, and there would be a lower output with pumping. By 11 months pp I was getting 2-4 oz a day total from 2 pumping sessions which just wasnt worth the effort for me.
