Just clothing, an ergo, baby wash etc. im planning on buying a breast pump too, but not other gear. Despite the fact that the crib is sold in Canada, and is certified to Canadian standards, the guards almost didn't let them cross because the warnings and instructions didn't have a French translation. I checked with border services and it *seems* like it would be no problem to buy it there and bring it across.</p> <p>I know car seats &amp; walkers are a huge no-no, but have you brought any other gear across the border? Did you have any problems?</p> <p>On a somewhat related note, what do you think of bringing cribs across the border? I am in love with the Jenny Lind, but it's no where to be found in Canada any more - I would have to go to Maine to buy it. </p> <p>I checked with a supplier from BC who used to sell it and was told it no longer complies with the new Canadian Safety Standards. I know so many parents have used the Jenny Lind with no problems but part of me doesn't feel comfortable using it anymore as I would just feel awful if something *did* happen and I knew the crib didn't meet CSA standards. Or is that crazy lady of me? </p>
