They are Time shares so the villas include a full kitchen, living room, master suite and hotel suite. It’s nice having the space and kitchen option with kids. They have all inclusive meal plan options as well. My parents are owners and LOVE the resorts, the people and everything about the Royals. LOVE LOVE LOVE it there. Can't say enough good things about it.
