I get the same thing as you described (a bite down in my cheek)...It usually just goes away on its own but it hurts like a mother.

Every once in a while. I use Kanka- it's a little bottle with a stick with a little ball at the end and it numbs it. When I had E I got HORRIBLE ulcers in my mouth that after a few days just felt like canker sores so I used Kanka and it helped.

I get them when stressed. I gargle warm salt water, and use some of LO's baby Oragel to numb the spot. When I get one I start taking Lysine (vitamin) that helps prevent them/cure it faster. When I get one I usually get another soon after.

I get them all the time--stress, too much sugar, or too much acidic food (lemonade or tomatoes , especially). I dip a q-tip in white distilled vinegar and soak it on the spot. It goes away in about 2 days. I also use a non-SLS (non foaming) toothpaste, which will aggravate and cause them, if you are prone.

I get them whenever I'm stressed out. I usually rub a little salt on them...or gargle saltwater. It depends on the location, but I've found relief and healing from taking a little salt on my finger and holding it there for 30 seconds or so.

Sorry you have one...they are the worst!

Do you get them?

I usually don't, but I bit my cheek in the same spot a few times and the sore won't go away :(

Any remedies?
