Second time around he was bigger so I got him the Melissa &amp; Doug Safari puzzle. I still have the pictures of him playing with it for the first time. He's entranced! </p> <p>We have a lot of soft blocks, more Mega Bloks than I know what to do with, etc. but he doesn't have any wooden blocks which is why I was kinda leaning towards them. But even at 17 months old, he loooooooooooves balls (the bath toy). He's never seen a shopping cart his size before!
