I posted something similar a few weeks ago about the guilt. If its any comfort, I had a tough time getting my supply up to an EBF level. I got there by week 6. I stopped pumping around 1 year, and liv still nurses mornings and nights just fine. And on weekends, she nurses for naps as well. I've gotten down to one pumping session at work which gives her about 4 ounces of BM plus morning and night nursings. I really want to stop pumping but am so scared I won't be able to nurse just twice a day. Plus it's kinda freeing knowing if I don't get 4 ounces she will be fine.
