My LO rejected paci's though so we don't use it, but I know several moms who love it because their babies take to it right away. It really helps to keep the paci in. Originally we were using the soothies pacifiers, but I found that those fall out of the baby's mouth really easily. Now we're using Tommy Teepee, and those stay in for longer... but she still spits them out pretty frequently. We tried different brands and he likes the MAM brand the best. We switched brands, and he can definitely keep these in better/a little longer, but still not all the way. I think he could totally fall asleep on his own if he could keep it in himself. You place it in the mouth and then try to pull it out and the baby will try hard to keep it in. She doesnt really like pacifiers, she usually refuses it. But when she is very sleepy I try to put it in her mouth to calm her down and when she finally lets me put it in her mouth she will suck on it but then it falls out soon and then she cries for it so I have to keep putting it back in her mouth. Has anyone had this issue with a baby not being able to keep the pacifier in their mouth </p>
