The other guy admitted fault and his insurance is covering the incident. But no one will call me back or follow up with me! I have left multiple messages and have yet to get a call back from anyone. I don't even have a claim number to give on my messages because I haven't been able to get one. </p> <p>Has anyone dealt with a car accident where the other party is responsible? How do you get the other company to provide you a service even though you technically aren't their customer? I had an accident on May 8th and just last week we finally had everything settled with insurance companies. I'm sure BIL will help pay if there are any costs, but he's a college student and they just cut his hours at work since he's back in class, so who knows how much he'd have to give anyway. </p>
