I've installed it RFing in both my CR-Vs (98 and 05), a Jetta, and my little C-series Mercedes I had for a while in England, as well as on a plane FF. I can't speak about the back of a truck, to be honest, but I dont think you'd have an issue with the Volvo.</p> <p>It's also not super heavy. We have a Frontier in my DH's car but we still use our Graco My Size/Size4Me in my car. C is 38lbs and 42.5" tall and will be 4 in April. She will honestly fit this seat for a good long while still. We RFed her until 2 in it, but we could probably still have her RFing if we wanted. It will RF, FF, high back booster, and regular booster. </p> <p>Otherwise, we have a Graco size4me that RF to 40lbs, and will then FF to 65 lbs. The height limits are huge, so they're not really a factor. She is ready for a convertible in the nanny's car as she is at the weight limit.
