<description>&#60;p&#62;I believe you can take her car to the Honda dealership, and they can retrofit her car. They might even do it for free. I really think they DO make the update for free. Until then, can you continue using the seat RF in her car? Your carseat manual should explain whether of not the seat can be used FF with or without the tether.

<description>&#60;p&#62;So, we just decided this weekend to switch the kiddos' car seats to FF.  The nanny has her own car seats, and we tried to install them forward facing, but I can't find the latch to secure the top tether.  She drives a 1996 Accord.  I looked up the owners manual online, and it mentions cutting apart the back shelf, which I can't ask the nanny to do.  Anyone own a 96 Accord that can help me out?
