Yeah we'll be doing that. I might need to make a trip to the store before black friday sales come around.

Honestly, I think it'll be an issue in any extended rear facing car seat. Damn long ass legs.

@mrsmate, yeah, E will be in school by the time we have a third, so one will be front facing. I guess the rear facing car seats will go in the middle and passenger side. However, it looks like the one in the middle will force MY seat to be moved up.

I have the Radian R100. I really like it but I'm 5'3". While it's narrow, it takes up quite a bit of room front to back, even w/the angle adjuster. However, I've heard that the Foonf is huge, so it may take up even more space back to front.

But if you're going to have 3 across, are you sure you'll need all 3 to be RFing at the same time? Maybe your eldest can be FFing by the time LO3 comes along.

Let's talk car seats. I want to keep E rear facing for a few years and want a carseat that I can put three across in my Honda CRV. I want to hold off on buying a minivan or third row suv for awhile, so I want the option. I doubt DH and I will BOTH upgrade our vehicles to that size anytime soon.

So. Foonf or Radian? Why? What's your experience?

I'm 5'11" and I'm worried about having a rear facing car seat behind me. Will i be super scrunched in the driver seat? I sit as far back as I can and when I sit in the passenger seat (our carseat is behind it), I am uncomfortable. I'm worried this will force me to move to something expensive like a Honda Pilot before I want to (I paid cash for my CRV and I want to run it into the ground, lol! I hate financing cars)

I do drop off, DH does pick up, and we do an equal amount of driving. So whatever we buy, we are buying TWO. Basically, $$.

Pros/cons of them?
