My carpal tunnel symptoms came on when I started letrozole. I never thought of the correlation before. Mine wasn't that bad at first but I've never had it before. It got awful and I ended up getting an injection to help. I still have pain in my middle finger and I can't completely straighten it. I'm hoping I can get through the rest of this pregnancy without it getting worse again.</p> <p>I'm sorry you have symptoms again! I could just have carpal tunnel because I am a bookkeeper, but I also found where it is a side effect of femara. It started around the time I switched from clomid to femara.</p> <p>I guess my question is has anyone else had these symptoms in femara? Did it go away? </p>
