@erinbaderin: @nicollette1189: Those are super cute!

I live in Canada and my LO just switched from bucket to convertible car seat so I’ve been thinking about a car seat poncho the last few days.
I’m not a sewer at all, but my SIL is so I just sent her this pattern I found on Pinterest.
https://realitydaydream.com/fleece-lined-hooded-poncho-for-little-girls/?m

I’m not sure if she’ll use it, but it looks easy enough? Good luck!

My grandma made ours! She used Pinterest and YouTube and they look great! She hasn't sewn in years so I think they were fairly easy to make

I made one! It was honestly really easy. It was only my second ever project with my sewing machine. I didn’t have a tutorial, exactly, I just looked at Pinterest until I found one I liked the look of, and tried to replicate it. For the hood I used one of our hoodies and traced it as a template. It took a few hours. I would definitely recommend making it yourself, you’ll feel so good about it!

Have any of you made a carseat poncho? I'm debating if I should make or just buy one.

If you made one, what tutorial? How long did it take?
