There are some great steals on Carter's at tj maxx and Marshall's like they said. I got most of my sleepers at TJ Maxx or Marshall's. Otherwise I've got Target and the internet at my disposal.</p> <p>For those of you who have been to the outlets, are the deals good enough to be worth the trip? </p>
