I wear almost everyday. I found switching to back carries in my carrier slowed the pulling and pinching. My LOs are 3 and 22months, I still wear both. She is 19 months now and I see no reason that I'd stop wearing her any time soon. She started getting heavy and at the point where she could be trusted to hold my hand in public, so she liked to walk. I think having her more on my hip gave us the flexibility to carry longer maybe? I could've gone longer as I found it convenient for things like riding the escalator at Disneyland while holding other stuff, quickly napping LO, etc but I stopped when I was pregnant bc I didn't find it comfortable. He's a major hair puller and if he has snacks he does great in his stroller or shopping cart so I rarely bother. But he's never been keen on wearing.
