We have a mix of chocolate, red, and tan. It's been great for us. We've had it for four years and had no problems until a couple months ago when we had renters living in our basement who chipped a plate, mug, and bowl. But they were lazy terrible people who would leave dishes stacked on the tile floor for a week so I don't really hold that against the dishes! I'm off to explore! Something I discovered - we had a bunch of grey marks on our older (non-china) white dishes from Ikea and C&amp;B that I thought were scratches.
