My sister did disposables for the first few weeks, then went to CD. But we are planning to buy a set of infant CD, when we went to the CD store they made the point that it still costs the same or less as disposables for a few weeks, plus you will probably be able to use them for 4-5 months, reducing the wear on your larger set. And the same benefits of CD apply, especially that you'll be able to use the smaller ones for your next baby, or pass them on to another mama. </p> <p>But you have to do what works for you!
