It was hooked up before DS was born and we didn't even attempt using it until after he really started solids, which was late and around 9-10 mo due to food allergies. Even now at 17 mo I don't find the need for it, but he is also still mostly breastfed. </p> <p>We do use flushable liners and some fleece liners with our rash cream, even though we use a CD safe cream. It just makes it easier to wash them if they arent caked in poop.
