Is there a general position and degree of cervical firmness one should expect right before AF ? </p> <p>I haven't been checking mine for a long time, but at this point in my cycle last month (due to start in 2 days) it was low, soft and very open. </p> <p>Last night it was high, very firm and closed. It does feel a littler lower today but still firm and closed. </p>
