@bhbee: @Petitduck: @cake2017: @kiddosc: this is really helpful! I actually thought women were looking for healthy recipes more than quick food ideas that they can throw together!

@bhbee: This. I know how to do it, but prioritizing the time to do it doesn't happen. After chasing little kids, working full time, trying to keep up a house, and get some relaxation time, I'm not spending more time figuring out a meal plan or shopping someone else's meal plan (that would result in my having to prep 2 meals for everyone since my kids wouldn't eat it).

@Petitduck: I find myself doing this too. Too tired to actually cook something for me.

I struggle with meal planning...I don’t don’t do it and then it’s rush time and me or the kids are hungry so I reach for quick usually processed snacks. I know how to cook healthily amd I like cooking, but I just don’t leave myself time.

For me - and I see this on the other thread today too - eating healthy when you struggle to find time to do anything. I know how to eat healthy in a way my body likes and that’s tasty. But that requires meal prep time that’s hard to prioritize so I eat yet another granola bar or string cheese I can grab one handed. I’m better at prioritizing dinner because others are eating but let it go for myself :bummed:

I’m a dietitian and have my own business geared towards fitness and weight loss. I’m not here to plug it, but I was wondering if you all could help me out to see what people are interested in. What are some struggles you have had with either eating healthy or losing weight/keeping it off?
