<description>&#60;p&#62;My son gets a terrible chapped face from pretty much any change in the weather and drool. I use California Baby's calendula cream multiple times a day when it's bad and then coat it over that with Aquaphor. It takes a couple of days, but it eventually clears up if I'm consistent.
