I just did it yesterday. The sugar will get rid of the dry flakes, and the oil will moisturize. Her lips are perpetually dry and I'd like to use something safe for children but I've read in the past that some chapsticks actually make your lips more dry so that you'll continue using the product. Thanks for any recommendations! </p>
