Then I saw reviews were other people said they delete FB comments that have anything remotely negative about their company on them. There is an anti-wittlebee FB group for people getting taken advantage of as well.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Ugh! I did a gift subscription for the first month because I didn't want to deal with canceling. It was after I ordered that I noticed all the bad reviews and was SO glad I tried this company out using a gift subscription. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I had problems even receiving my product. I posted on FB and emailed them. My FB post was not mean spirited, just asking why I didn't receive my product yet and when I could expect it...it was deleted twice! Finally they didn't delete my comment and I got a response. Still took another month to get my stuff but my experience will keep me from ever ordering from them again. I hope you get a response soon! And in the meantime call your credit card company.

I think I was also mischarged in December too, but because of the holidays I can't remember if I got a box in November and December or just November.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I got 2 wittlebee boxes on a sale and then after not loving them I cancelled my subscription.  I know the cancellation went through because I stopped receiving boxes but I am still being charged monthly.  I am not getting any response via email and there is no phone number.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Based on a google search this isn't uncommon for this company.  Any suggestions on how to get my refund and stop the charges?  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I posted to their facebook wall if anyone else would like to jump on there and help try to get support.  &#60;/p&#62;
