Doing it orally, I've heard people recommending vaginally for more accurate results, but I think as long as I'm sticking to one method, the fluctuations will be about the same. My questions for you are did you temp at the same time each morning without first getting out of bed, and are you temping orally or vaginally? The horizontal line is your cover line. They use some weird formula to get that. It is like an average of your previous 6 temperatures (before ovulation) plus .2 or something like that. It's just supposed to help you see the biphasic pattern. </p> <p>As for symptoms, that totally depends on the person. Some people have them before, during or after and others not at all. Some feel ovulation pains before they ovulate, some while, some after so it totally depends on the person...
