I don't know but this reminds me of two things...that tomorrow is daylight savings and I was planning to start temping again tomorrow! (double groan)

I googled this last time the daylight savings occurred. They say to do nothing, go ahead and temp at your same time (even though it will be one hour off), so if you always temp at 6am, temp at 6am tomorrow. They say within a day or so your body adjusts and it doesn't really effect your BBT.

I can't remember doing anything different when the time changed, but I would keep a very close eye on any jumps/dips in temp!

Ohh good question! And bad timing, too, because I just (finally!) got a positive OPK today. I'll probably just take it at the normal time, go back to sleep, and then again in an hour at the "old" time, just to see if it's different.

For all you charters out there, how will you adjust to taking your temp with the time change tonight?

I'm just going to take mine at the same time I always do, but am curious if anyone else will tweak theirs?
