I was in the same spot. I didn't chart or temp because it seemed like a lot of work with a baby and I wasn't totally against getting pregnant again. I did enter in my period to FF and it would predict my fertile window so we could be more careful then. My periods were pretty regular other than one month where it was a few days short when I got sick. If you are going to temp make sure your lo is sleeping through the night. If you're getting up for wake-ups still your temps may not be totally accurate. Best of luck!

LO is almost 7 months old and I got my period back last month. I'm not on hormonal birth control and don't plan on going back on it. I want to start charting again, but I'm not sure if my PP periods will be wonky or not. LO is sleeping pretty well through the night so I think I'd be able to start temping if I wanted to.

Did anyone chart/temp shortly after getting their first period back postpartum? Is it accurate/worth it?
