Well it's definitely back up. I know not to read anything into it on progesterone, I guess I just got worried that the progesterone wasn't working or something. I just had a false expectation that my temps would all be consistently high in the crinone. Thanks ladies.

Progesterone does wonky things with my temps, even if everything else is the same. I tend to ignore one off temps and try to wait for patterns before analysing too much. Maybe tomorrow will give you a better idea!

Not sure? Maybe the progesterone finally hit your body? I feel like that happened at times with me. I'm sure it'll spike back up tomorrow though!

I guess I didn't even expect to see temp variations on the progesterone because it was maintaining high levels of progesterone so it surprised me this morning. Thanks y'all.

I've also had a drop like that while on progesterone. Progesterone can help you sleep better. And sleeping better can cause a lower temp.

@travellingbee: I think you're still ok. If it continues to go down, that's the problem. Temps can still vary post O.

It very well could be the difference in sleeping through the night.

Or it could be any other number of things (sleeping with your mouth open, etc). I wouldn't worry too much. you're still above the cover line.

@Mrs.Someone: I don't know why the day before was an open circle since I only temped 15 minutes later than I had been. The only thing different was that LO actually slept through the night last night. He hasn't been for months. Maybe that is the difference...?

LOL (or :crying: !) about the quints. I would think 4dpo would be too early though for implantation right?

Was anything different? Maybe it was a fluke. Can you link to your chart? (or maybe it's the quints implanting ;) )

ETA: I see your chart now. Since the day before was an open circle, I think you have to wait a few days to see what's really going on. Sorry :P

I had a big temp drop today at 4dpo but I am on progesterone. This is my first month charting while on progesterone but I expected it to stay high since the progesterone raises your temperature. Any thoughts?
