Also, we have a local gourmet deli which is amazing- they offer a special (any time!) where you can choose 3 of their specialty salads for under $8. We ate at Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday which we both feel is overpriced for what you get (their prices have gone up at our restaurant in the past 5 years and the portion sizes are smaller). </p> <p>Then, we ate at Steak and Shake for lunch today on our way home from grocery shopping. $10 for 2 adult meals, 1 kids meal and 1 soda! The food may not be the healthiest but WOW. We found out after we got our bill that they do free kids meals Fri-Sun. The price of kids meals is reasonable even if it wasn't free - under $3 for a burger, fries and a container of applesauce. That was cheaper than eating at Chick-Fil-A! Note: we took milk with us so we didn't get a kids drink, which probably would have added another $2 or so?</p> <p>What's your favorite cheap eat out place? </p>
