It works as a stroller through the airport since we have to bring the car seats anyway. As for the umbrella strollers, we'll have them checked with our bags. Oh, I do have a car seat bag that I'll bring so the car seat that will be gate checked will be protected.</p> <p>I'm getting a Brica Roll &amp; go and the Go Go Babyz one from craigslist. Was going to just buy them new but no one has them in stock. Luckily, I found two people who are selling them on craigslist. Woohoo! Worked great--though we've only gate checked our seat. A few months ago, I would have taken my Diono car seats but my sister recently went to PR and her car seat was lost! She never got it back. Yeah, I'm not sending a $200 car seat to be possibly damaged and/or lost. </p>
