Homemade mac and cheese and cauliflower and cheese would be my top choices! I developed a dairy sensitivity after LO1, I miss cheese!

@muffinsmuffins: @Sams Mom: some people try and stuff shells or pasta tubes with a spoon. Face palm! The ziploc bag trick is amazing and so quick. Or a piping bag would work too. Yum!

@Sams Mom: I know right?! I made it one time for a ‘fancier’ dinner for me and DW and was like ....oh. That was actually really easy!

@muffinsmuffins: I have always been a bit intimidated by jumbo shells, so I've never looked up a recipe... I might have just stole this recipe 😬😁

Cheese quesadillas, dinner nachos, macaroni and cheese, broccoli and cheddar soup, fettuccine Alfredo (actually super quick and easy to make).

On the flip side, what are your commonly used cheese-free recipes?

Stuffed shells! I’m sure there’s fancier recipes but basically cook a package of jumbo pasta shells, drain and rinse with cold water so you can handle them. Mix 2 tubs of ricotta with 1 egg and 2 handfuls of shredded Italian cheese blend. Pour that in a large ziplock bag. Cut a hole in one corner so you can pipe the filling into each shell. In a big dish, cover the bottom with pasta sauce, put your filled shells in rows, cover with lots of sauce and sprinkle a ton of Italian cheese on top. Bake covered for 45 mins at 350. So creamy, cheesy and good! Can make ahead easily or freeze. Better to let it thaw for a day if you freeze it or it takes forever to heat up.

This Mac & cheese is amazing and takes 4-5 min in the microwave. If you want something where you control the sodium this Cheddar Chicken Shells pasta from Publix grocery store recipe is delicious. http://www.publix.com/aprons-recipes/chicken-cheddar-shells-with-peach-caprese-salad

I use less mayo though, and add bacon and jalepenos to the sandwich. Delicous!

My fav. is similar to this recipe: https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/366811-one-pot-mexican-skillet-pasta

I just throw together ground beef, black beans, corn, and a jar of salsa with egg noodles, and top with lots of mexican cheese. So yummy and everyone I've served it to loves it. It's also equally good re-heated; I bring it to work as leftovers often.

DH is weird and doesn't like cheese. Obviously cheese is amazing! He's traveling next week so I want to take advantage by making something super cheesy and delicious. However, it's so ingrained in me to find recipes that are cheese free that I'm drawing a blank. What is your favorite cheesy dinner dish? The only caveat is that it has to be made relatively fast as I usually only have about 20 minutes to get dinner on the table when I get home with the boys. But if it can be made the night before and reheated, that works. Bonus if it can be made in the Instant Pot. :)

ETA: Mac and cheese in the Instant Pot is already on the menu
