We have the Chicco and it's fine, but if I could have had the Graco Blossom, I would have bought that (Graco isn't available where we live) because you can do high chair and booster at the same time.

We have the Graco Blossom 4-in-1 (in capri) and I love it! There is so much versatility in the ways you can use it...big tray, little tray, infant seat, high chair, booster seat, etc. That was the main selling feature for us. I also love that if we were to need two children in a high chair or booster seat at the same time the Blossom comes with all the parts necessary to do that and we wouldn't need to buy a second chair. That fabrics are nice quality and wipe clean easily. The padding in the seat appears to be really comfortable (I'm not sitting in it so I really don't know, but LO doesn't complain lol).

You can also adjust the seat to different heights to meet your needs, like if your sitting vs standing or having LO join the table for a meal. It does fold somewhat, but still takes up some space. Honestly, once we started using it, it's been by our kitchen table ever since and we haven't had the need to store it. I've placed it in the corner out of the way, but that's the most I've needed to move it. I also like having it out because DS will sit in it for awhile sometimes and stay out of trouble (he's into everything these days) while mommy gets some stuff done. Overall I'm very pleased with the decision we made in this chair. HTH.

my MIL has the same chair as chopsuey :)

the woman I nanny for has the chicco chair. I've never used the graco, but the chicco is very easy to use and wheel around the kitchen. they never fold it up, so I can't really speak to that though!

I don't have either of the chairs you've listed, but!
I have this:
http://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-Healthy-Deluxe-Booster-Green/dp/B0000DEW8N/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1329014893&sr=8-1
LOVE IT! Easy to clean, saves space, you can take it places and is affordable!
I would go with the reviews if you're torn.

I'm torn between the Chicco Polly and the Graco 4 in 1 (or 3 in 1) high chair. Does anyone have either and can provide some reviews or has a personal preference? I like that the Chicco collapses for storage, but the reviews seem to lean towards the Graco.
