<description>&#60;p&#62;It depends, but if I plan ahead, I cook it in the crock pot in salsa. That way it gets all that flavor and is really tender and easy to shred. I vary the salsa depending on whether I'm using red or green sauce.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I just boil or bake and then shred when I'm making enchiladas, taquitos, chimis, etc.  I add a lot to it afterward that gives it flavor so I don't bother trying to make the chicken itself flavorful.
