I made this one a couple of weeks ago and DH rated it a 9/10. I can't find the recipe online anywhere. This is from America Test Kitchen's quick family cookbook. Looks like there is a version that takes longer online. This one serves 4-6 and has a total time of 40 minutes.

6 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion chopped fine
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup plain greek yogurt (do not use 0 percent)
Salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 lbs boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

1. Adjust oven rack 6 inches from broiler and heat broiler. Set wire rack in aluminum foil lined rimmed baking sheet
2. Combine oil and onion in Dutch oven and cook over med-high heat until onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in garam masala, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in tomatoes, cover, and simmer gently, stirring occasionally until favors meld about 15 minutes. Stir in cream, cover, and keep warm.
3. Meanwhile, combine yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, cumin, coriander, and cayenne in medium bowl. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Using tongs, dip chicken into yogurt mixture (should have thick coating) and arrange on prepared wire rack. Broil chicken until lightly charred in spots and chicken registers 160 degrees, 10-18 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through cooking.
4. Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks and stir into warm sauce (do not simmer chicken in sauce). Stir in cilantro and season with salt to taste.

@winniebee: Having a WF within 20 miles is a requirement for living space for me.

And that's probably the most obnoxious, urban snob thing I've ever said. ::hangs head::

@winniebee: darn! My mom makes the most AMAZING CTM. I hounded her for most to share her recipe... Turns our she uses boneless skinless thighs + 1/4 cup cream + ... Wait for it... A CTM sauce she buys at Whole Foods. :silly: The brand is Sukhi's. It's delicious.

I'm going to make lamb rogan josh from scratch later this week. I'll let you know if it's worth making.
