(They are usually in their cribs or on the changing table. We move them out to the living room where they play.) Since both babies are now squirmy during diaper changes, I've been changing their diapers on the floor of the nursery. The fan is about a few feet away, so I always am watching them. I guess I would feel better to protect their little fingers even in those few minutes where I am changing them on the floor. We haven't had a serious hot streak yet though. With the tower fan I'm also concerned about her pulling it down on top of her.
