I didn't know that people write handwritten comments on photo cards. We only sent out 9, though. To the grandparents, uncles/aunts, 3 of her preschool friends, her own father who lives in the same house. It was more of HER sending them instead of from the family. It was a cute little project and she got to put the stamps on, stuff the envelopes and lick the envelopes.</p> <p>To answer the original question though -- I always write something in the card. But, I always only had a handful to write (haha, I don't know that many people).
