A green salad is great alongside the heavier brunch items, and with grapefruit and pomegranate seeds, it's festive and Christmasy.

Breakfast burritos! Non grain can do breakfast bowls. There are great flour style gf tortillas.

sausage
sour cream
cheese
avocado
salsa

hashbrowns as a side, perhaps a fruit salad.

We always host brunch and do

fruit salad (usually ask BIL or ILs to pick this up)
some kid of sausage, egg, has brown cast iron skillet bake
regular scrambled eggs
bacon!
Mimosas. ;)

If we had more people I would also do a quiche and probably breakfast baked treats.

I'd do something like:

- Fresh juice (buy)
- A big fruit salad (buy or make) or a bowl of clementines
- Frittata or crustless quiches made in disposable cake pans so you can have different flavors and varieties. (Blend up the egg base the night before, have your mix ins ready in advance).
- GF bacon or sausage links (buy and cook)
- GF muffins usually turn out okay esp. almond flour kinds. (Bake or buy)
- Coffee (make).

Our brunch is:

Hashbrown casserole
Ham, bread & Breakfast Casserole
Bacon quiche
Lobster quiche
Fruit salad
Festive Salad
Yogurt trifle
Coffee cake
Sugared Donut holes
Orange creamscicle drink

A lot of it wont meet your dietary requirements though. The yogurt trifle maybe? It's very easy!

I'd do some kind of veggie and egg baked dish, like a couple frittatas. If you have everything chopped and ready to go they would be easy to cook quickly in the morning.
I love citrus on Christmas morning and just got a great bag of grapefruits for ours!

We are gluten free for my brother and me, but we will still just do the classic scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, and my mom is trying to make GF sticky buns as they've always been a tradition.

Ok, bees, what would you serve for a casual family brunch on Christmas morning. About 10 people. For health reasons, one is gluten free, three eat very little meat, and two are pretty low grain/sugar. It just got moved from my mom's house to mine so I have to hustle! DH says he is happy to cook day of, and he's great in the kitchen. I, however, would prefer to cook ahead of time and relax in the morning. Menu suggestions?
