I used vanilla + cinnamon chex for more flavor, plus added hot chocolate mix (I found a chocolate truffle kind to use and it was awesome) and appropriate mix-ins like mini-marshmallows and mini red &amp; green m&amp;ms. We mix it all in a bowl so everything gets coated and then dollop them onto wax paper. Then they solidify into little clusters! We like that they keep for a good bit of time as opposed to muffins and cookies.
