She never knows what to Do with it all.<br /> I think the most thoughtful thing is a very genuine note. Maybe have your LO help make the card? And then do a gift card.<br /> Our daycare teacher (in home) is basically one of the five most important adults in my kids life. We do a thoughtful card, an extra weeks pay, and some chocolates, usually.
