We go to the cottage over New Years and the jammies are used then. LO will wear hers for the next month or so and then she'll be too big. I don't like things that can only be worn for a month or so. We have a lot of hand me downs though, so we get to enjoy some Christmas jammies. Otherwise we just try to get something of the holiday's color that can be worn again.. Orange for Halloween, brown for thanksgiving, red or green for Christmas, pastels for easter. Sometimes I'll get a holiday accessory like a bib or socks.
