If a family member that is outside of our immediate family sends her something then I will. And I have a friend who always does thank yous so I'll send them one too. For family, I will sometimes just take a pic of LO with the gift and email it. </p> <p>My MIL just sent a hand knit sweater this past week out of the blue. I made a quick iPhone video of him wearing it saying thank you (he's 2.5). She loved it. Between the baptism, baby shower, and new baby gifts, my hand has been killing me for months!</p> <p>I always wrote thank yous for birthday gifts and things like my first Communion. I cannot recall if I wrote thank yous for Christmas. Do you write thank yous for holiday gifts for your LO? </p>
