Bring it all. Baby clothes are small. Anything you don't pack you may as well throw out since they will outgrow it!

As for weather, at least in the boston area it usually doesn't get too too cold until December. So if you have winter clothes bring them but don't stress too much before then.

I would bring everything. It is already cold at night, the weather is unpredictable during the day (starts out cool, warms up to not needing a jacket in the afternoon).

I think where you're going to have "issues" is that you might not have something and will need to buy it, like if you decide to take advantage of being out in the snow and not having a snowsuit or boots, etc.

12-18 months was also the height of "gear season" for us. We literally could not go anywhere without car seats, pack and plays, high chairs, etc. I would bring a few tension mounted gates too.

I would bring all of it. Babies are so unpredictable. Blowouts, spitup, drooling, messy eating. But I'm an overpacker too sooo.... I just like being prepared and their clothes are so small.

I assume you will have regular access to laundry? I would bring everything you think you will need/what you would typically use. As for sleep sacks, I want two per child.

DD only has about two weeks of everyday clothes in any given size - so I would bring all of those. Plus a few sweatshirts/fleeces and a warmer coat.

I understand not wanting to over pack but I think sometimes it makes life harder in the end to not have enough options. I would not want to do laundry more than once a week.

I would probably just bring most of what you have. Baby clothes are so tiny, how much realistically is there - I would guess you could fit most all their clothes into a big tote.

Expect to layer. I only do laundry on the weekend so if you need straight number I would pack based on a week of outfits plus a couple spares in case of accidents/issues.

How often do you like to do laundry? I would pack only enough for 1 laundry day! Pack for colder weather and have layers!

We will be in temporary housing for the next two months.

We'll be living in the New England area, so I'm planning for snow possibly in November.

We got B/G twins that are fitting into 12 m and 18 m clothes.

What would you pack for your kids? How many of each?
Long sleeved onsies
Pants
Sleep sacks
Short sleeve onesie
Sweaters/ zip ups

Chronic overpacker thinks I should bring everything I got in 12-18 months. :meh:

Packing for myself is another issue. Not going to think of that for now.
