The biggest advantage I think for this stroller is the ability for the seats to be arranged in so many configurations... I like how it's "stadium seating" also so the twin in the back has a view too... It can go from single to double easily also (however i know thats not a feature totally useful for twins). The double city mini though is side-by-side and that's it! Also something one parent told me about her mini is that it's very hard for her LO to look out and sit upright in it. the city mini double storage basket underneath is very hard to access too. That's all I really have heard about those two strollers.
